We support Self-Help Groups (SHGs) with guidance on leadership, management, and long-term stability.
Our mentorship programs equip women with skills to participate in decision-making and community development.
Through structured training, we help SHGs function effectively, maintain accountability, and achieve financial independence.
We work closely with field teams to ensure proper documentation, group activities, and goal-setting for each SHG.
IBM also provides continuous monitoring to improve performance, resolve challenges, and enhance group cohesion.
By building strong institutions, we enable women to rise as leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers in their villages.
